Molly is home safe and sound :)

Comment from Molly's owner
She's literally just come home! Someone saw her on Hollins hill about an hour ago and they got out of the car to try and catch her. Molly then starting running but managed to find her way back to the house. She just appeared in the window! It was like a dream. She has been spotted in the woods on the golf course before that. Giving her food, water and loves now. Beyond happy and relieved. Thank you all for the messages and to those who went searching for her. Thank you xxx

Welcome home Molly, stay safe xx

Hideous journey home.
After a ten hour flight and a four hour drive, I was just passing Manchester airport when a dog ran out into the motorway. It looked as though it had been hit. Quite a lot of cars stopped, including me, but the dog got hit again. A few of us tried to catch it, it bit two men but then collapsed and allowed me to get near. I tied it to the central reservation, and got a blanket over it and calmed it down while someone rang the police. It took 45 minutes for the police to come, and even then they said it would probably be a good hour before they could get a vet to it, so I said I'd take it to one. We picked it up and put it on a blanket in my car. The dog perked up,even managing to sit up and stand up. We tied it up in my car to keep it still says well groomed and a light coloured dog think its a female
