- Other Info 5 years old & MICROCHIPPED. Tye went missing from a secure garden at approx 11pm. He has a white chest, and a little white on all 4 paws. He was wearing a black leather collar (as in the photo) when he went missing. Please look out for him, if found, he should be reported to the Council Dog Warden (which is the LAW)

- Pleased to report that Tye was taken home by the warden this afternoon. A lovely lady was out with her dog, and Tye decided to tag along. This lady then contacted the warden :-) Well done to his finder and welcome home Tye x

Dogs picked up in this area generally get taken to Leigh Cats and Dogs Home. Their address is: Graveoak Lane, East Lancs Road, Leigh, Lancashire WN7 3SE. Tel: 01942 671215. It's always worth visiting to see if Tye is there rather than ringing though as I've heard it many times that staff don't always do a thorough check with the description given over the phone. Not sure where the dogs are taken if they're picked up on the Bury side. Perhaps someone else might know and be able to help? - I'm just over the border in Harwood, Bolton so I'll keep a look out for Tye while I'm walking my dogs as he might come over the fields behind the garden centre. Is he friendly with other dogs? Or would he be fearful of them and run away?
