Spent a few hours walking between Ottery and Tipton this afternoon. Spoke to everyone I passed to make them aware of Jake. Met Mandy and her daughter. No sign of Jake though. There are plenty of places for him to have gotten out of the river and loads of surrounding buildings. Maybe it would be worth visits to the local farms to ask if they could keep an eye open in their barns etc?? The old bbq trick? Posters on the gates? I so hope you find him x

can walk the river this pm - which direction is best - from Tipton to Ottery or reverse? We are in Higher Metcombe is it worth walking that area to see if he has run up hill towards us?

Jake is still missing. They have about 10 people looking along the river and have met a few dog walkers but no sign of dear Jake. Owners think he may be under a tree but the river is still too high. The tree is a mile from any access road. The river should be down this afternoon to rule out Jake being under the tree. Jojo if you are nearby - help and support would be greatly appreciated.
