"She could be being fed by a local person. Put tuna/sardines on her plate, and call her (Spayed females dont tend usually to go as far as neutered male cats) Put something with her scent on; from her bedding perhaps, and if possible leave in the garden. along with the scent of the person who normally feeds her. Put small "Lost" posters through doors."
