- Where Found In the park behind my house under a tree but still wasn't able to use his left back leg .. so after going the vets it was revealed that he has broken his pelvis in 2 and will now need crate rest

- Other Info It looks like he's either been kicked or struck lightly by a car or even been in a bad cat fight as he wasn't bearing any weight on his left back leg and i had a vets app booked for him but he has just dissappeared and i haven't got a clue how he has managed to jump a fence and leave the garden.. I have asked my neighbours to search their sheds and outbuildings incase he is in there but still no sign of him.. We miss him so much and my 2 dogs miss their little pal aswell.

- Poor Merlin but what a relief for you. Although obviously a male cat, he looks so much like our dearly departed Holly who went to Rainbow Bridge in April, aged eighteen and a half. Another of our cats suffered a badly broken leg many years ago, and she had to have cage rest for several weeks but went on to make a full recovery. I do hope that your gorgeous Merlin also makes a full recovery (I wonder how it happened and then how he managed to make his way to the park). And finally, welcome home Merlin xx

- Thank you to everyone who asked about and helped search for Merlin .. My beautiful little boy has been to the vets and the xray has come back that he's broken his pelvis in 2 and will need crate rest for approx 8 wks ( i need to get a crate now !!) .. it was the best feeling when i scooped him up into my arms and took him straight home.. Thank you to everyone again x

Merlin has been FOUND by his owner in the park, under a bush and is on the way to the vets with him for Xray as still not putting weight on back leg.

- Merlin went missing from Ledward Street Wharton.
