- Where Found Saw today a pedigree young black lab in the company of an oik with two other dogs in central Folkestone. The quality of the dog did not fit the owner who I am sure is known to the police.

- Other Info The dog appears to being abused as it did not smile. Locating oik I don't think will be too difficult. Dog about 6 months old and very attractive.
