This should be lost in South East,to aid search as that's where he was lost.There's an Ollie found on Doglost Surrey where the chip details are out of date.

There is a big music festival going on in that area over the weekend, maybe owners could use this for publicity?
I've shared on many Portsmouth pages but seen no updates...

Any more precise details about where he went missing?
Make sure you contact City Council kennels, they are very helpful there.
I'll also share on various Portsmouth FB pages.
