Julie Thomas yes there are 2 sides to every story BUT if the "finder" had registered find with Dog Warden ( as is the law) a lot of distress could have been avoided! just saying!!!

Spud should now be with owner as proof of ownership provided to Police. You all should know that there are two sides to a story and you really do not know the half of it. It really doesn't just involve the issue of the dogs weight

Why has finder not reunited if contact has been made with owner? Thats a bit wrong, you cant just keep someones dog. He looks perfectly healthy in all the pictures.

The police are now involved and crime number issued. The chap holding my dog called applying bullying tactics insisting my dog is 'painfully' thin, has diarrhoea & a distended abdomen. Spud is a growing, active springer and I have recently increased his food intake as I had noticed he was beginning to show his ribs. However, he did not have diarrhoea or any other abdominal issues. As well as threatening me, he offered me money for my dog. This is not right. Please help

Lewis Spriddle The owner has left a contact number on answer phone, she is apsolutly delighted! We met her on a walk with our spaniel earlier and she was looking for him and told us if we find him to let her know! We just been walking down the canal from black horse in pitch black looking for her boat!

As explained to potential owner earlier this morning before she went to work - the finder also works and I'm sure will be in contact as soon as they can. The dog is safe which is more than it was yesterday afternoon.
