The dog may have been stolen so the collar may not be the original collar.

Please can you scan for a chip and check the right ear for a tattoo? Or alternatively give me the details of the finder and I will ask to see if it is Amy the FCR

To Orchid 1971.
Everything is worth checking.
It seems the dog was there a while
That means it would be hard to tell what breed.

Is there any chance this was an English Springer Spaniel? I've had collars like this in the past but can't remember what the collar was like that she had when she went missing. It was 2 years ago though but still worth asking the question. Closure would be good.

The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
