Excellent news she has been found safe and well after such a long time! I'm sure the army of people out doing searches and waiting patiently with their traps will be so pleased to see a happy ending.

Sighted early morning 30th September at Haven Caravan park.
jillkirby
Just seen Coco at 9.30 trotting along Church Lane Mablethorpe towards St Mary's Church. I was driving my car with a friend and two dogs in and slowed down but she was coming towards us and hurried past. I turned round to follow but think she may have gone through the church yard. She look nervous but no sign of a limp or any injuries so thats good.
LizKae
where did you read that ninja???
Ninja - Area Volunteer, Lincolnshire
I thought i had read that a trap was about to be put in place?
LizKae
such a shame you feel you are unable to help, and that you have been banned from sog lost lincs.....that really isn't very professional.

an article has been put in the local paper the mablethorpe leader regarding coco. albeit small fingers crossed for sightings from the paper and making more people aware.
colliebird
If you read all my mails, not a single one was negative, they were emails explaining how we have captured strays over the 50 odd years I've been doing this. No longer able to help as I've been banned from Doglost Lincolnshire Facebook. You will probably delete this which I find is a negative action. Am now in touch with other people who can help.
AlisonH
Colliebird I will continue to delete all message that contain negative remarks .

Colliebird we have a trap ready to put in place when the time is right. Her movements are being monitored and as soon as we have established a regular route we will set up a feeding station and trap in a quiet place. Putting a trap next to the place they stayed is not an option as it is too public.
colliebird
She probably keeps returning to where they stayed on holiday and finding her owners not there will sporadically go looking to see if she can find them. If they could borrow a dog trap from a game keeper or maybe dog warden has one, that would be a good thing to do by putting the cage next to/near the place they stayed, with some of her bedding or owner's clothing in it.

2 more sightings of Coco this morning. Message only says on the park. Have asked for more details.

Possible sighting...
Owner had a call from a local lady who is pretty sure that she and her husband spotted Coco whilst out walking last night at 5.30-6.00. (12th September) They were by the corn fields at the back of the haven.

LizKae
Posters handed out today. Local farmers, kennels etc have all been informed.
Latest sighting was on the A1104 at the egg farm in Beesby, she was spotted with a black and white ESS.
AlisonH
New poster made up as requested and emailed to helpers in the area.

Will bump for new sightings.
Ninja - Area Volunteer, Lincolnshire
There was a confirmed sighting of Coco on Friday morning at 5.30am on the Mablethorpe to Alford (A1104) road close to the Woodthorpe junction where she crossed the road and went across fields in the direction of Mablethorpe.......
There has also been another confirmed sighting yesterday morning (monday) at around 8.45am on the Mablethorpe to Alford road near Grange Leisure Park where she headed across the fields towards the wind turbines.....
Ninja - Area Volunteer, Lincolnshire
Can the area be changed to the correct one please and maybe resend emails alerts as she has now been missing for 1 month
AlisonH
Thanks Tracey. We have a wonderful helper ninja who is on the case so hopefully it won't be long before Coco is caught.

I have added to my FB page and to a group on FB that is for caravan & camping holidays as there are members that have caravans at this site. I hope some one has either seen her or taken her in not realising she is lost. As posters go up & word gets around fingers crossed Coco's adventures end sooner rather than later.
AlisonH
There was a sighting last night of a dog fitting Coco's description on Golden Sands caraven Park, Mablethopre.

What is the latest please - did the family find Coco or have they had to leave and poor Coco is lost there somewhere? Is there anything anyone can do to help?
AlisonH
Coco was sighted on golden sands last night.
sallybee
Is there anyone who lives nearby that can help with getting posters up? If the family are in the area just on holiday, they are not going to be prepared for printing posters. What can anyone do to help please? Last edited: 2014-08-01 01:03:13 by sallybee

How is help supposed to be given if a simple question isn't answered!
Ninja - Area Volunteer, Lincolnshire
There is a comment on FB saying that she was possibly sighted yesterday at 12 but no location was added!
BigGSDPatlucky
