I have tried to contact the mobile number, but it wont even ring, to pass the information on...There is no contact number on Heather Lindeys post so I have messaged her and asked her to look at this photo of Kilar.. xXx The dog was chipped so he has been left with Summerhill Vets in Newport... xXx

Just seen this on the Lost and Found Dogs in Wales

Found Yorkshire Terrier male dog last evening in Newport , alongside the river.
Has been reported to the police will take to the vets to check if he has been chipped this morning. Anyone missing him please contact.
