Speaking with a DW Council yesterday it is quite common for finders to hold on to dogs for a little while because they do not know what to do for the best ....guess not everyone knows about Doglost or the law. ...at least this kind neighbour kept her safe and out of harms way xx - 2014-07-09 17:24 Happiness yorkie lover xxx
