Oh! how tragic. so sorry for the loss of Alfie. Goodnight, Alfie, sleep tight, and play with your chumns at the bridge, until you are met by your loved ones when the time is right. Sadly Alfie was found this morning, having fallen in the outside swimming pool in a garden. He will be buried in the garden where he loved to be.

An unmarked old white van with 2 men in went down the lane next to the house where I was visiting, this is a dead end. A man mowing his lawn thought this odd, it wasn't until he knew the dog was missing that he mentioned it. Unfortunately the reg.no. Is unknown so if anyone has seen a dachshund with people who have recently 'acquired' a dog please let your local police/dog warden know. Thank you
