- Wonderful news .. well done to all the people who helped to search and find Wesley. I do hope he is ok after his ordeal. Love the 'bucket list' comment.. go Wesley! Or rather don't! Stay close to home old lad, it's safer that way!

- Have shared again and asked if anyone with waterproofs or waders is available. Would be a help if we could get a little input from owner re fitness of wesley and if he has runoff before or if he likes a particular area or water etcLast edited: 2014-06-06 08:35:08 by Buzz and Amber

- Have shared on local FB pages I found a comment somewhere that said he was deaf. Is this true -as it will obviously have some relevance for anyone looking out for him?

- been searching all afternoon, there is a very steep ditch{steep for an old dog} to the left of the common we tried to check but everywhere is so overgrown that we cant get a 100% look into every part to check he isnt stuck in there, someone with waders is needed to walk in the ditch fully to ensure the poor old boy isnt stuck in there.
he is a very old boy that cant have gone very far but everywhere is so overgrown, he was lost half way down the commonLast edited: 2014-06-05 21:43:57 by noodle - 2014-06-05 21:27 caring4dogs

- spent an hour with my dogs around the common today. It is quite a big area and very overgrown and there are waterfilled ditches around the side. It would be helpful to have some more detailed info about the exact place Wesley went missing so that we can focus a search. Told other dog walkers about Wesley too and they were keeping eyes open. Didn't see any posters in the area
