It seem in this strange world that the offer of a "cash reward" paid off in this case.The guy that picked Lily up took her home and kept her for over 8 hours and did not notify anyone.Something to note maybe for other owners who have lost their dog.POSTER POWER makes a HOT DOG and cash reward can help to return rather than dump the dog. .many thanks again x

A gentleman found lily "running in the road" this morning and took her home.He then brought her back to Horam a few minutes ago.He was aware that a reward had been offered.perhaps he saw a poster in heathfield???What a brilliant job you all do at Dogs Lost. I feel sure we may not have had Lily returned but for the publicity.Many thanks and the owner wishes to donate to you.Thankyou all the loyal helpers.

Think positive .. probably doing the typical Russell thing. As posters have gone out quickly then you should get a result very soon. Just make everyone aware as soon as possible.

Valpark .. I have just been given the owners tel numbers .. would you like me to add their mobile number instead of the landline or leave yours on? Let me know! I have just put a reunited photo on to Dylan's page so hopefully people who helped with him will also help with Lily.

oh ok! I have sent email to the address listed her so you may need to pass them on .. especially as you already know what to do! I have emailed Bell Reed kennels as they said they get people taking dogs in when they find them..so fingers crossed. I think a bbq in the garden is the best bet .. lots of smells wafting around to encourage Lily home.

It is not my dog that is missing.It is my daughter in laws sisters dog!!Another Horam search it seems.I posted for her.How wonderful dogs lost is!!

Sorry to see Lily is missing. Valpark .. you were helping with Dylan weren't you? I have sent you a couple of emails with some advice, but basically everything we advised D's owner to do would help you find Lily. Please make sure she is able to get back into your garden when she returns to you. Let all the kennels in your area know that she is missing and the Dog Wardens, Vets and rescue centres too. Hopefully she will be home very soon. Good luck
