"Hi Gino

Yes we all like happy endings!! His name is Rex - his owners were overjoyed he was back home with their other dog. I was presented with a beautiful bunch of flowers and a thankyou card, totally unnecessary, but a lovely gesture anyway.
Rex stayed over one night with me (on my bed I hasten to add ) much to the annoyance of my dog! Don't think she will be psychologically disturbed though - she likes her own bed too much. I liked to think that my actions averted any possible mishaps."
Gino
"I have tracked down the owner so they are now reunited. I contacted stray aid through the police and it had been reported missing so alls well that ends well."
