I have spoken with Dollys owner, the boxer was picked up in Bodmin quite a distance away, (there were 2 farms with same name!). Doesn't look like it is Dolly, but they have all her details again.

millypod, sadly the council do not have a photo facility. We are working with them on this. I will have to ring the dog warden in the morning to check on the markings etc.
