Papillon bought at Pucks Fair in Kerry by local rescue AHAR looks somewhat like this dog, maybe lighter in colour. He's booked for a home so check out asap. I dont know whether or not he was already neutered but it sounds like he wasn't. https://www.facebook.com/ahar.ie/posts/1618112224875131

• Contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres, and in Scotland, the Police. Give a detailed description with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your DogLost poster. You can find vets in your area here.
