Otto has been found. From his Facebook page: HES BEEN FOUND!!! THANK YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR SUPPORT!! He was handed in to Capricorn Animal Rescue wandering on the Deeside Industrial Estate. I'm going to collect him now.
