i was told last friday that this dog was re-homed as her owners had come for her & had all the paper work for her x

Looks like Molly, everything crossed. If possible please go and check at the City Dogs Home in person (this is the 01782 304130 number). This is where the dogs are usually taken. There have been incidences of owners being told the dog is not there/been reclaimed/can't find it or it is not a match and when they have visited the City Dogs Home they have found their dog sitting in the kennels.
