Brilliant news that Hector has now been reunited with his owner :)

This dog has been taken to a local vet & has been checked for a micro-chip. The finder has the owners details, but sadly they cannot be traced (no current address phone number etc). They have made several other enqs which so far have proved fruitless. Relevant authorities have been informed. The dog is being looked after until an owner comes forward.
