Sorry to hear a Hot Air Balloon scared your Maddie....pilots are always mindful of animals below and have 2 types of burners fitted as dogs can hear the high pitched whistle from one burner type (which is why they bark when a balloon is about!) Pilots will use the whisper burners when animals are around for this reason so as not to scare. Welcome home Maddie xx
