So pleased she has been found. Some years ago, for a number of reasons, we were warned off extendable leads by a very experienced dog trainer. We use long, strong leads which can be bought online.
I think Kerry and family will be having a good nights sleep tonight. Enjoy...... N

Fantastic news, Kerry was found with her leash wrapped round some trees in a wood near Wyke farm by a dog walker from Broseley. Many thanks to all those who helped and put up posters and we have got the best possible result

I went to Barrow School on the way to work this morning. They had just printed a poster to stick on the gate. I gave them more posters and asked them to pass on to dog-walking parents. They were friendly and supportive. Also passed a poster to a couple walking a dog near by who seemed keen to help. N.

Have googled the Willey estate, and there is a contact number of 01952 885 875 on their website. No idea what their response would be like, but all those woods are theirs. Perhaps they would be sympathetic?

Thanks Sarah, did worry about this ourselves which is why we were shouting and listening today, but nothing. Problem is the forestry area is so large. We are hoping if she hasn'tt been picked up she's moved on rather than got stuck in the middle of the forest. Will be e mailing the primary school later with a poster and ask if anyone saw anything

Just back from an excellent lunch at the Fox. The shops were closed but I posted posters into those that usually display community info (and like dogs!). I expect they will put them up tomorrow. Popped one into Severn Edge Vets and also to my neighbour who walks his dog in the area where Kerry went missing. I will get a couple laminated tomorrow and put them by the stiles heading that way. Let me know if there is anything else I can do. N.

Hi. Just been out looking for Kerry with my dog. I walked from Much Wenlock (Forester Avenue) across the fields, parallel to the Bridgnorth Road and then left across the stream and through the orchards on the Willey Estate. I called her name regularly, but no luck. So sorry she is missing. Do you want me to put up posters in Much Wenlock? N

Hi, thank you Sharon. She was lost directly behind barrow school heading towards much wen lock. But as soon as she got over the brow of the hill she could have changed direction, I got to the top 5 minutes later during during which time she had disappeared, Shirlett woods is the best bet but we have covered all that area by foot and car so many times over the last 2 days that she cannot possibly still be in the area

Hi, if Kerry isn't home by tomorrow, I will put posters up in Broseley Wood and Floyer Lane in Benthal. Have shared on Facebook and will keep an eye and ear out whilst walking ours tomorrow. If there is any place you would like us to search for her, let us know. Our dog went missing for a day and know how upsetting it is. We found him in the woods we normaly walk him in as someone had heard him.barking. Hope she is home real soon x.
