I have emailed Rockets poster without photo to Kettering and East Northants Dog Wardens. Also the rescues in the area including Animals-in -Need/Maxicare, Jerry Green-Brixworth, and RSPCA. The owner should contact Forest Lodge Kennels Northampton as they are listed as the main holding kennels for the area on 01604 862239. They should also contact all local vetsx
