Tia has now been returned to her owners - her microchip was not checked and owners could have been saved a lot of grief and upset if the correct procedures for a found dog had been followed and they had been notified when she was collected.

It's a bit misleading though - people are still sharing the link and offering help to look for her. She is with the RSPCA & it is definitely the right dog as the chip has now been checked. She is likely to return to Carl today.
