A neighbours cat once went awal for a week or two, so "Lost" posters were put up. He was found not too far away from his home being fed by someone else. Now reunited:-) Hope your cat is found soon.

Thank you janiejewel, I've put posters up and posted/knocked on doors within a 5 mile radius, I think some people think I'm mad! I've tried leaving food out but the neighbourhood cats are eating it, the cheeky beggars! Will leave a jumper off mine out though, that's a good idea, thank you, I'm going to check the other fields today as well as cover old ground, no stone left unturned and all that! I will post as soon as I have any news xxx

Early days yet. The good thing is he is neutered, so probably not far from home, as he wont have gone miles looking for the ladies. Try cooking or warming up some chicken, or meat which you know he is unable to resist: the smell may bring him back quickly. Also put some pilchards in his food dish, and whilst tapping it keep calling his name. Put something with his scent on, and pout in a container, if dry place in the garden. You could put something in with your scent on too. Also take DL advice, and put "Lost" posters through doors. It may be of course that he has got locked in somewhere. Good luckx Keep us posted.

Sorry to see that CAT is missing.
  • If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
  • Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
  • A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (64943)
