If it was near a Tesco perhaps go and check their CCTV footage? Also see of you can get footage from surrounding shops to get different angles of the man and dog. Hopefully if they were caught on camera you will see his face.

How did Murphy go missing? He is a gorgeous boy and hope he gets home soon xxx

A man was seen struggling to get a staff away from north end road near tesco express in Erith at 945 this morning (2nd/2/14). He headed towards the flats with a scared looking staff that didn't want to walk with him. Who was this man? Please god be a kind young man, early 20s wearing gray hoodie. Please help. Was this dog my Murphy?
