- Other Info Builders left the door open and he escaped. Possibly seen in a van with 3 men. Reg details taken and forwarded them to the police. When I pulled up along side the van and questioned the driver the dog was going mad and they threw it in the back. Owner 99% sure it was Psycho. Awaiting police arrival. If found he must be reported to the council dog warden (This is law)
