So happy for you. Poor brave boy. Feed him some nice pâté and toast. I was also reunited with my baby today and still can't believe he's home. He was deliberately stolen and then set loose sans ID possibly as I had a good description of the car and most of its numberplate and Dog Lost does such a good job the thieves might have thought better of hanging onto him. Shadow looks a lovely sleek boy - remember the nice Waitrose Ardennes coarse pork liver pâté (no I don't work there). If it's any comfort my Black Lab did exactly the same thing when he was quite young (about 9 months old) - silly dog followed another and got completely lost while we were staying with my sister and it took us 4 days to find him. But he NEVER EVER forgot the experience and NEVER did it again. Stuck to my side like glue after that for the rest of his life. Well done for bearing 10 days of anguish which was 3 x times as long as my own. It's the worst thing in the world.

Thank you for all your kind comments ...it been appro 6 hours now shadow is weak very thin but seen the vets bo injuries except bruising & scuffs so lucky after he was also hit by a car when he escaped but vy the hour he is improving eating a la carte meals human ones lol gradually gaining strength and realusing hes in a safe place again unconditionally loved xx

I have passed the link on to the owner for her to check Patlucky, although it does say the found dog is about 8 yrs old and Shadow is quite young but would rather the owner checks herself.
