- With our Pup she was registered till she was stolen and then they flagged her as unregistered working on the theory that when they get that on line they will phone...... They don't as they make an assumption....
If nobody rang about the chip please could they as unregistered doesn't always mean what it looks like and in our Pup's case it meant stolen.
