- Other Info Jess was unknowingly locked out on the front of the house by accident for a short space of time wearing a red collar. She would have ran up to someone doing a puppy wiggle ( that's what she does when she's unsure of what's going on) I think someone thought she was cute and a puppy a lot of people thought she was although she is 5 years old If found she must be reported to the council dog warden (This is law)
