Has this dog found a new home now? If so surely she could be moved into reunited.

Thanks for the update Sophie - I couldn't find 56783 when I first looked through the listings but after Rushy87 put the number up all I did was click on the "see more dogs" link above and there it was! It really does seem like it may be the same dog - good if it is because at least it's one less on the run. Does this one look as if she has been living rough for some time? It's hard to tell sometimes - my collie only has to go for a walk where there's muddy puddles and he looks as if he's been out for weeks. If you can, please let us know when she's home or rehomed.

Hi all and sorry for the delay in posting! I can't seem to get any results under dog ID 56783 - how do I get the details up for this one? I'll certainly look into it. We try to help in any we can to reunite a lost pet with its owner and are still hoping to do so in this case. She's currently happily settled in her temporary home and if we are unable to find her owners we will of course let everyone know. She's had so many kind offers of a new home that we're sure her future will be bright come what may!

Is there any more news re this dog? Will she go to a rescue centre if no owner comes forward? Does anyone have contact details for "Kitchen Foyle" the people who saw dog ID 56783 to see if this one is the same one?
Paw
Yes that's the one, remember collie and postcode! and on re-reading about the colour of that one it does seem like it may be the same dog. Hope the original people who listed it are still checking on here - they may at least confirm if it's the same dog. Sophie could you check dog ID 56783 to see if it sounds like the same dog please.
Rushy87
Paw, I think the dog you are referring to is ID 56783. I thought the same too. Some ID's just stay in your mind. I hope it is xx

Is Long Preston near Settle? Northwest? Does anyone recall someone listing a dog (almost sure that was border collie) sighted in that same area. It was some time ago and they couldn't take dog with them at the time but went back sometime later to see if they could find it again. Just wondered if it might be the same one but have looked back and can't find the original listing. There was no picture and only a few comments from the people who had seen this dog, they travelled quite some distance to go back and search for the dog to no avail. She looks a bit too healthy to have been out for too long - maybe a farm dog?
