These dogs have been transferred to reunited as the are not missing or stolen.
I have spoken with Cumbria police and I am satisfied from the details provided that these dogs should not be listed as such and following advise have removed them from Missing.
It is a civil matter bought about by a partnership breakdown and ownership dispute.
Speculation and offensive comments are not helpful and will be removed from site.
Matters like this need to be dealt with by police and courts not the general public who do not have all the facts.
The situation is being monitored by Cumbria police who have advised that constant verbal attacks will be taken as harassment.
I suggest the matter is left to them to deal and not for others to openly get involved.

Doglost has no control on messages posted on other media sites but if anyone has cross posted from this site then they can put this message from here so others aware of the current situation

It is a very difficult situation, there are now apparently harassment issues (from marsh and co) and the owner is seeking legal advice, although it breaks my heart for the dogs and owners sake, and i would love to see them reunited, I do question wether Doglost should be getting involved in what is clearly a very emotive and potentially damaging situation

The people that took these dogs are believed to be in the Birmingham area, west bromwich, great Barr, Dudley and have family and network so if people have just moved in with three collies or you may see people you know in the area with three collies let us know.

According to Facebook Ms Marsh took the dogs and them GAVE THEM AWAY!!!!! And she is claiming her ex is abusive...pot, kettle black!

On a serious note, those poor dogs, I hope they are returned soon, so much heartbreak, I have read the ex's account, I really feel for him, no-one deserves this for whatever reason, so cruel on many accounts, especially if they have been split up

I certainly could not see anything wrong with some of the posts that have been pinked! Pinking posts causes a lot of extra work for admin who have to go through them all

The welfare of the dogs is the biggest concern to all not personal vendettas that might be going on, please respect the purpose of this site
