I think it was the man at the allotments who went to pick him up. Unfotunately when I found him he looked like he had been out for a few days (very hungry and matted/dirty) and was nowhere near the allotments :) happy he has been reunited thank you for your help.

Any white on chest and tail tip? Couldn't be Dusty 51308 who is rough coated Bedlington lurcher, lost in Cornwall, maybe picked up by someone on holiday? Dusty is chipped but of an age which could be one of those useless failed Virbac ones

I have had a message that this dog belongs to a man at the alotments , the dog wanders around the alotments while the man is doing jobs on his alotment,
