- Hiya, Lucy the lurcher was found outside The Academy hairdressers in Welwyn Garden City, we were hoping they were both dumped locally and Penny would have turned up yesterday, but sadly not. All help searching and postering very gratefully received, we have looked in lots of local places and will be going back out again shortly x
