Wonderful news, welcome home both of you.

We have good news! Both dogs were picked up by a lovely couple just outside of Ashburton. Both dogs seem well other than a few scratches to check over and looking hungry. Thank you to everyone who helped by sharing their details on Facebook, went out walking searching for them and all the helpful advice. Glad to have them both home.

Pleased to move Max and his brother to the blue. Leaving details for owner to update.

We have a confirmed sighting in the Bagtor woods area this morning so they have wandered a little further afield than we expected.
Kris Ball
Many thanks Katie. Much appreciated. There was a claimed sighting of them yesterday afternoon between Haytor and the visitor centre but no sign of them by the time I got there.

We live up very nearby. We lost our springer yesterday morning but have got her back today thanks to many eyes. She would not go to anyone and even ran away from my husband the first time he got eyes on her so just because they are not responding to you does not mean they can't hear you. We will keep our eyes out as we cross that part of the moor everyday.

I am sure they are still together and got everything crossed for you. So hope they are soon back with you and hang in there

Buster is also a beagle cross and Max's brother. Both are still missing. Chances are, they are together or not very far from one another.

Is Buster still missing with Max - if so, what breed is Buster?
Kris Ball
Thank you for the support. I've spent every day/evening searching the area since they went missing but having no joy at the moment.

I know that bit of the moor well and have a beagle so know once they get a scent they are hellers but, with luck, you will soon have them both back. I really hope that you will soon and just sending support
