I have spoken to Ralphs owner tonite and the actual time of the sighting was 5-5.30pm Black Notley on A12 near Braintree Essex on the Black Notley Bridge yesterday (saturday) 27/10/07.

I have sent Ralph's poster by email to Towerlands complex in Braintree - a big equestrian centre that also hosts conferences and has a golf club, asking for them to display on noticeboards. Also sent to Braintree Golf Club. There is a vets 'Black Notley Veterinary Surgery 01376 328038', so probably worth owner calling them in the morning and faxing a poster if poss. A couple of pubs/restaurants in Black Notley - Green Dragon 01245 361030 (fax 01245 362575), The Reindeer 01376 320238, The Vine Inn 01376 324269. Have also emailed Ralph's poster to the Environmental Dpt at Braintree Council asking the Dog Warden is notified. Also, found this website - http://www.greatnotley.com/ - for a neighbouring village - worth seeing if you can get something displayed on there.

I will definatley spread the word and get some posters up locally here in Colchester (vets etc). I also go to Braintree Freeport ( a huge shopping village which is very popular in the area) and ask to put posters up there.

I regularly walk my dogs in the park at Great Notley and will keep my eyes open for Ralph - if it is him. Do we know what time of day and where the Spaniel was seen?

Ralph looks gorgeous! - what is he a cross with? sprocker? I live in Colchester about 15 miles from Braintree and will certainly keep my eyes peeled as you never know. Good luck and hope he is home soon x

Black & white male spaniel found on the A4 - Gillette Corner - 07833 103782. Date listed on site is 5th June 07. Might be worth giving them a ring - Good luck.

Its great that Essex radio has taken an interest in Ralph. I was also interviewed on Essex radion LIVE at "All About Dogs " in Brentwood , a huge dog event ,at the weekend, appealing for some information about my beautiful missing springer. Lets hope we both get good news.xx

Ralph's owner has asked Doglost to help her with her battle to find him and of course we will I will be in touch with her and will do anything that is possible to find him she has been very busy over the last few months getting the message across so anyone out there who can lend a hand please your help would be gratefully received thanks to all who still read ralph's page

Ralf's story is on the front Page of the Ilford Recorder so hopefully that should help but the owners have heard nothing since he went missing. THe little girl is really missing him. This dog lives down my road and there are posters everywhere.
