UPDATE by owner:

He was in the middle of nowhere, on private land. A lady let on to look. They went through a wood - this was up off the ridge - miles of land. He literally popped out of a bush! Xx

I seen this dog running up the ridge road on wednesday! I was on the opposite side, people were slowing, i don't know if anyone picked him up though! Hope you find him x
