- Other Info Yesterday the Sat. 2nd... late afternoon, we found a black/white collie dog, with two collars on, Nr. Barnstaple, Devon. It had wandered down onto the A39 from Higher Raleigh Road, (Allotments side) the dog was very disorientated due to being blind, looked like cataracts and unsteady on it's back legs. Don't think it had been lost for long as generally clean but fur matted in places. And very luckily a police ranger rover stopped (our cars congesting the road) and assisted t
