Great news his owner has been found and Sampson is home safe. He got out through a small hole at a house they were visiting. Sampson was chipped so I've advised owner to check with own vet to see if its still working as no chip was found this morning at my vets. Also advised a dog ID tag so we can get Sampson home quicker if he gets out again. Welcome home Sampson x

No chip found at the vets but there may be good news from the dog warden, just confirming. Fingers crossed.

The warden has been called but no answer so left a message. K.Hibbert is going to take him to her vets in the morning to be scanned for a chip.
