I am just so overjoyed that Tessa is Safe and Sound and with the people that she knows and obviously loves - All those days - evenings - postering were worth it Tonight we can all put our feet and paws and chill - and Niz and Rob and J who helped man the trap and all those who helped - great stuff -Happy Days

Such fantastic news. Of all lost dogs it was so uncertain that she would stay around one or two areas as she didn't really know her new home too well. It could really have been looking for a needle in a haystack. Even with all the sightings she sounded too scared (and clever) to be caught in a trap. I still don't know how so many people called in sightings from areas with no posters, that's the power of DogLost I suppose. Amazing. Anyway I will go and take down posters from St. John's wood and Maida Vale, I am assuming someone can take them down from Holland Park and surroundings

Wonderful news - Tessa is safe. Thank you to all who have helped. It couldn't have been a better result than her to run into the arms of her foster carer. We are all so relieved and happy!

Another sighting from yesterday - 2.30 pm ish Tessa was seen in Melbury Road & Farley Court. Tessa is definitely doing a set circuit. We have a trap out there but it needs to be manned/watched. Please please,is there anyone willing to do this ,even it if was for one hour , a rota/shift system could be worked out to provide cover to try & catch this little mite , particularly now, before the Carnival hits town.

DogLostAunt Stef - Area Volunteer, West London
Will bump due to sighting. All sightings phoned in, really appreciated . This little dog is running scared & running away from people even more now. Our aim is to keep her in the area around Addison Road . Please call the number on the posters if you see Tessa rather than approaching her . Thank you.
ABLDR
Up-to-date poster needs to be placed along Kensington High Street none at present
ABLDR
Today sighted in Beaconsfield Terrace, Olympia station car park and running along Kensington High street near Hammersmith roundabout. Later she was spotted back in Sinclair Road. Caution needed if seen - do not approach trying to get her back to Farley Court
ABLDR
18:45 this evening spotted in Farley Court off Addison Road
caninehelper
Volunteers needed in W11, W14 and surrounding areas - if you can spare an hour or two to flypost around the areas - the more posters - the better - thank you
ABLDR
Volunteers need to be aware not to approach Tessa as she is so scared that she runs away. We need to ensure that she feels comfortable enough to stay in the same place and this will then enable us to determine where best to place a trap
ABLDR
Last sighting of Tessa was on the 19/9/13 at 7pm in Gibbs Green Close - earlier that day she was in Addison Road, corner of Melbury Road
lesleyjane
Have a work colleague who lives in North End Rd, not a dog person but I gave him a poster and he promised to look out for Tessa.
DogLostAunt Stef - Area Volunteer, West London
So good to be having all these sightings, this means Tessa is staying in one area. I have spoken to ABLDR & we will try & sort out a trap & most importantly the ability to man this trap at all times.
ABLDR
Tessa was spotted at 9.15 this morning running North bound along Addison Road. We are now considering using a trap as she looks as though she is heading back to Holland Park, would appreciate it if anybody knows where we could borrow one from please. Many thanks
caninehelper
Tessa had sightings today in West Kensington Estate off North End Road -(just past West Kensington Tube station) - the last sighting was Tessa running out of the estate along the North End Road towards Fulham Broadway SW6. N and I put posters up and Tessa's foster mums came down to see if they could catch her - It is her eighth day tomorrow

Tessa has been sighted today at around midday in Holland Park, London W14. She ran out of the park into Ilchester Place opposite Oakwood Court. If anybody is available in that area, the volunteers would certainly appreciate your help.
ABLDR
Ok...We have another sighting of her...This time in Addison Road, Holland Park. The lady who just rang me described her to a tee!! She shot into an alleyway off Addison Road and the lady lost her from there.
ABLDR
Ok, spent 4 or 5 hours searching Elgin Avenue and Paddington Rec and the Tow Path at the end of Elgin Ave to no avail. Scent tracks left and many more posters put up. Pubs, Restaurants and shops all along Elgin now have a poster up. We really need one more sighting to form a triangle for searching. Let's hope it comes soon.

ABLDR has had 2 positive sightings, one Saturday evening in Elgin Ave NW8 at round 9pm and the other in the early hours of Sunday morning, also in Elgin Ave. We are confident she is in and around this area, if any volunteers could concentrate here, knocking doors, putting up posters etc.
ABLDR
We had a dozen volunteers looking for her until 10pm last night. She will shortly be getting hungry so hopefully she will start to move around to find food and then hopefully we will start to get more sightings of her. Thank you everyone for your help. We will keep looking for the little Princess. :)
cs
I put up 60 posters, no leads to report yet
ABLDR
Thank you CS. We have people out now looking over that way :)
cs
I was postering around and about Paddington Rec late afternoon but saw nothing. Will go out again early tomorrow
ABLDR
I have just had a phone call from a lady that definitely saw Tessa at around 11pm in Delaware Road W9 headin towards Paddington Recreation Ground. Could we concentrate there please if anywhere??Last edited: 2013-08-11 20:44:29 by ABLDR

We have volunteers out now in Abercorn Place and other roads around. This little girl would have bolted away from any passing traffic or buses. She is a scared puppy really. We feel she would more likely be holed up in a prk or other quiet area. We are approaching all the vets in the area and leaving a poster with them. She is micro-chipped to both the new owner with us as a secondary contact too.

Thanks I'm really close by but can't come out immediately - we need to poster poster all around using this doglost poster and in all parks and give posters to vets and to shops to display asap in as wide an area as possible, it really can work amazing wonders as she has to be somewhere! We just need to get the word out and someone will see her and call you
ABLDR
Hi CS...It was from Hamilton Terrace, but we have no idea which way she went. She apparantly managed to chew her way through a metal grated lower part of a garden gate and ripped the slats apart to get out.
cs
could we know what street in NW8 she escaped from and if we know what direction she was heading?
