- Great to see Mac home and in the blue. I have updated the found region so we have everything straight I think. Even better that we have gained more helpers too. :))
Welcome home little fella - stay safe now lovely. :)) xxx - 2013-08-08 20:10 Claire Gresty - Area Co-ordinator & Police Liaison - North West
- I think someone at Head Office will change it for you :-) It would be nice if you could send them a reunited picture, they will add that to Mac's profile too :-)
Hope Mac enjoyed his tea, bet he was ready for that! :-) x

- Jayne - Receive Poster Box now checked.
I actually got your website details from my brother in law and I'll make sure that he is registered and that he also ticks the correct box. I'll also pass the site details onto everyone else I know, rest assured.
I now don't seem to be able to edit the info page to change the 'Found in Region' detail. He was found in the North West!
Mac isn't Lassie!!
Many thanks agin everyone. Mac is going to get chicken and rice for his tea tonight.
Best,
Mike - 2013-08-08 17:11 Claire Gresty - Area Co-ordinator & Police Liaison - North West

- I was just about to fix the first missing poster to a lamp post on Greens Arms Road when I got the call from home. Mac was at the back door. He had found his way back.
I can't describe how we all feel. It's just fantastic.
I don't know what it is about the bond between our pets and ourselves but I hadn't really appreciated how strong it is. The not knowing where and how they are is the worst possible feeling.
To everyone who has posted and looked, many, many thanks.
This site is a powerfull and real help for anyone who has lost their best friend and I am very thankfull that it is here.
I will look at it regularly to see if I can be as helpful to others who find themselves in the same position.
Many, Many thanks again.

- Ok I will park up at Batridge & start near the bridge. Will have to take into account the railway line I know it's a long way down but they are a magnet for lost dogs :(

- Good luck Mike - hope Mac's home soon.

- Great, try and get as many out as possible, just takes that one person to know something and make that important call. Good luck :-)

- Thank you so much to everyone. It's really good to know that people are looking for him.
We live near the railway bridge on Greens Arms Road, about a half mile from Chapeltown villiage.
I can only think that he has gone onto the road at this point.
I was planning to do some posters today.
Thanks,
Mike - 2013-08-08 08:32 PigPog
- I can walk my dog in Chapeltown later if Mac is still missing it'll be around 5pm tho, can you give me a road/area to start?

- Thanks Mike
Ahhhh he's a little cutie!
Shared his details on FB, try and get as many posters and leaflets out as possible, I'm only in Bolton myself, so if you are struggling to print them, let me know and I can arrange to get them to you tonight :-)

- I've posted a picture as requested.
Mac is still missing. He left our garden between 12:45 and 1pm today (7 August).
I've contacted Dog Wardens in Blackburn and Bolton and I've looked everywhere for him.
He's very approachable and would come to anyone who called him.
He's very much loved and we're really worried about him. - 2013-08-07 19:20 Claire Gresty - Area Co-ordinator & Police Liaison - North West
- Is it possible to have a picture of Mac please? x
