Sorry to see dotty has been stolen. am praying hard for her safe return. Hope she is being made "TOO HOT TO HANDLE" I feel like chopping the thief`s hand off for all the heartache they cause. Paws, and fingersw xd. fpor a good result

Hi there, I am sorry to hear that your dog has been stolen. If you are interested, we are forming a group to have a meeting with police officers covering the south east to highlight the fact that dog theft in our area is a problem. Carol, I have sent email again. Sorry for delay. Sometimes owners don't understand that there really is a chance to get their dog back and so I think they withdraw mentally, as well as physically. They have to shut it out because its too hard to face. You have done extremely well Carol. Thank you. Sometimes dogs do crop up and even dig wardens check this site, so you really never know. Thanks to you, Dotty is on here. x

Hi Lisa123 I have done all I can now i have put Dotty on radio etc and on doglost and you very kindly set up a Facebook page I have shared her on mine , I have to now just wait and see what turns up , the police also said well done for all I have done and yes Lisa123 I do feel let down by owner and I am not bothering with him for info , I will just carry on as I have been :-)) xxxx

There's another dog stolen from a Colchester park: From Animal Friends Insurance - "We have just received a message that an 18 months old salt and peppered colour Miniature Schnauzer has just been taken from the Langam, Colchester area. She was taken by a man in a black Range Rover whilst the owner was nearby!"
Keep a look out in Colchester areas and BE AWARE!

Oh dear I am not good on computer at all tried to get Dotty her own page but think I have created a cause that wants to charge me £10 a day oops and I can't seem to erase the cause , so don't think Dotty will be getting her page sorry Dotty xxx

Hi Lisa123 I will do that tonight when I get in am off to babysit in a mo as you do , thank you so much for the link as well , so hopefully tonight she will have her own fb page , I got involved via police as they send me crime reports as I am a neighbourhood watch person for my village and this was one of the crimes , so they put me in touch with owner and we got it made public via TV n press , thank you again xx

I have put this on here for owner, the puppy is 12 weeks old and was solen from him whilst on a walk by 2 young men with blonde hair wearing t.shirts and jeans they drove of in a small blue car similar to a vauxhall l corsa , the owner is devastated , the puppy has been in local paper and Essex radio please can helpers be called out to help thank you for reading this Carol xxx

• If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
• Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
• A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (54245)
• Obtain a missing poster by clicking on View poster above. Posters are very important so start postering now!
• You will need to be logged in to upload photos, edit your dog's details, or add comments. You can add comments by clicking on Click here to add a comment.
• Contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres, and in Scotland, the Police. Give a detailed description with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your DogLost poster. You can find vets in your area here.
