Just spoken to the lovely lady who has taken this dog in and she says the dog is so well behaved and healthy that someone must be looking for her but so far nobody has come forward. She has put an appeal out on Lincs FM, informed all the vets and added her details to loads of web sites. The dog warden has been informed and the finder is handing the dog over to Jerry Greens at Brigg this afternoon. They have agreed to keep her for 7 days before putting her up for rehoming.

Aww she has certainly made herself comfy judging by the last pic. Any chance of cropping and rotating the last pic to get a better look at the face? She looks like my boy who is a GSD cross Rottie. Hope her owners come forward and realise the benefit if microchiping x

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
