Update from Pebbles' owner:

Pebbles is found, she came to graham who was sat on her blanket & she's not injured, bit shaken but ok. Our girls coming home Yipeeeeeeeeeee
We would like to thank everybody connected to the search, people who were looking for Pebbles, people behind the scenes doing posters & ringing around & most of all to Rhonda for looking after Jack when we were out of our minds, thank you everyone words just don't seem enough, but I'm sure I will meet each & everyone of you on the coming walks & will thank you personally. Jack is overjoyed as we all are. God bless you all x x

Graham has arrived but Pebbles has gone back into hiding. This could take a while, but at least we know she is back in the right area.

We have reason to believe that it was possibly not Pebbles that was clipped by the car but one of the other beagles as the caller phoned the number on another beagles tag who returned and does not appear to be hurt. If this person is reading this post could you please call one of the numbers above so that we can just clarify the situation which might help us to get Pebbles back home. We understand you were also distressed and hope you are ok.

Just got back from looking for her. she ran onto the A666 at it's junction with Greens Arms Road, just lower than Cadshaw farm, She apparently ran back into the woods which leads down to Entwistle reservoir but got separated from the other beagles who have all now been found. Saw lady who rang Pebbles' owner at the time of the road incident, she said Pebbles caught a glancing blow from a car(all the dogs had run onto the road apparently). They all ran back into the woods. Pebbles is probably shocked and has hunkered down somewhere near to the gate onto the A666.
