- Hi, just looked up distance Grimsby to Leigh on Google maps and its about 120 miles :(.....you are right though about the collar, sometimes people do put collars on lost dogs.
Seems unlikely unless someone picked him up and took him out of area which can happen.....also not sure if the dog in Leigh is male or female.
Might be better if you ring them quoting Ref 213 to check, or email them You could email picture of Sooty to them?
Hope you find him soon.....hopefully someone is keeping him safe and will ring you when they see poster or flier. Fingers crossed x

- There has been no word of Sooty since he escaped from his home this morning at about 6.30 am.
His owners have been out searching and postering and have contacted the dog warden and kennels.
I have advised that they do as much postering as they can and try to get some media coverage
Hoping for some news of Sooty very soon xx
