I did contact the council today requesting a photo. They said they would ask the dog warden to call me. No need now. So pleased an owner has come forward and this little boy has been reunited!!

Have phoned and left my details with council, said I would be prapared to go and photo the dog if they will let me. Will update when I hear anything.

Just spoken to the dog warden on call. Unfortunately, as I'm only posting the details on behalf of a Facebook appeal they can't tell me many details. I do know however that it's a young entire male and isn't chipped. If someone could contact the dog warden during normal office hours on Monday they may be able to sort out a photo. I'll update the details with the telephone number.

The only info I have is from my FB friend who spoke to the dog warden. It would be helpful if all dog wardens put posts & photos of found dogs on here. It may help to reunite them more quickly. I posted it on here to get the message out to anyone who has lost a springer. You are right there is so many being stolen. This boy could be from anywhere!!

Update from facebook friend. "Was talking to dog warden today & she said she thinks it's been dumped. Looks like a working dog so not sure if its been stolen somewhere & dumped here xx"

NOT Clover - Message from Catherine B, Clover's owner (almost), "I called the Kennels at Havant this morning after seeing that post, to find it was a male liver and white spaniel".
At least we have more information on this dog, even though it wasn't Clover.

Could this dog be Clover, 49902? She would've needed help to do the distance in the time though. Not sure if she was stolen or not.
