Still working on getting in touch with the person showing on his chip which is a bit trickier than usual as he is registered in Belgium.

Karen, if the owner had been found and dog reunited with owner then this dog would go into the Blue Reunited column. Guessing the owner hasn't been found as yet.

Trouble is the travellers are getting their dogs chipped as well and then these poor. ill treated dogs are sadly returned to them for more abuse!
