Thanks Kay and honeyharvey. Yes have just had text back from owner to say the found dog on A/W was Bramble. He was knocked down, not doing very well at the moment but being referred to specialist tomorrow so owners should know more.Prognosis however looks good :)

I have heard this dog was found in Crawshawbooth yesterday and taken to Emergency vets in Bury as was in a collision with a vehicle :( Also, that the owner has been informed and visited :)

If found it would more than likely be taken to Bleakholt and they don't always notify anyone of arrivals. Best to visit and check. I will go there tomorrow.
