Thank you everyone for all the help given to my Mum (Tara) and myself! We had never heard of DogLost and it is such a brilliant website; everybody is so caring. We hope to be able to help others through the site as it is a horrible feeling not knowing where or what has happened to your dog. Massive thank you again!
Tara

Good to see Fearn is home and safe.xx Good advice Tara re Microchips :)
Tara
Thank you all so much for all your help in finding Fearn. Stinkydog has been brilliant, giving me lots of advice. This is a brilliant site and I hope to help others in finding their lost dogs. Fearn came back and was a little bit shocked and subdued but has had lots of cuddles and is now nearly back to her old self. If I can give anyone advice: please make sure your dogs are microchipped! We have booked Fearn and our other 2 dogs in for theirs. If Fearn had been chipped we would have got her back yesterday. Thanks to everyone again x

Thank you everybody for all your help. We have been contacted by the Noah's Ark Dog Centre who believed they had Fearn. They sent us a photo to confirm and she is now going for a ride in the car with the dog warden back to ours!

If anyone needs to contact us with information please call us on the second number above as we are going out to put posters around the area and in the local dog shelters. Thank you.
EmmaS
stinkydog, please can you phone me on one of the numbers above as we are very anxious to find out whether this could be Fearn!
EmmaS
Thank you for this information, I do recall seeing a blue van and hearing it's horn beep at someone. We have been contacting all the local dog wardens and rescue centres and will do so again with this new info!
stinkydog
She was in her van so didn't see what dogs she had but would say youngish lady with light coloured hair. The van was a dark blue transit style van. Last edited: 2013-02-06 09:02:58 by stinkydog

stinkydog, did the lady have blue transit and a golden retriever or two? Last edited: 2013-02-06 08:56:25 by Spindle

I was approached by a lovely lady driving a blue van yesterday and she asked me if I had lost a Greyhound (I'm a dog walker and was in my van parked just outside Langley Park). She had found the Greyhound in Langley Park so I'm assuming this could be Fearn. The lady was taking the dog home and hopefully she has contacted dog wardens etc so you guys do the same. If I see the lady again today I will find out what the dog looks like and if it it fits Fearn's description I'll give her your numbers.
Spindle
Texted owner some advice. Know this are a and park extremely well.
EmmaS
Thank you so much. We are bringing posters to the local dog shelters and resuming our search for Fearn.
